In the fiercely competitive men's personal care market, Rock Face was gaining momentum and needed to solidify its position as category leader. We stepped in to sharpen their core brand identity, boosting their shelf presence and empowering them to command a price premium over the competition.
Our journey began with a redesign of the brand’s visual identity. We strengthened the Rock Face logo, making it bolder and more iconic. Each letterform was meticulously refined to feel more substantial, honoring the brand's adventurous roots. The brand's signature mountain 'A' was seamlessly integrated into the brandmarque to create a stronger statement and allow for greater versatility off-pack.
The rock-holding shape, a cornerstone of Rock Face's identity, was made more integral to the design, with each peak proudly displaying the name and notes of each scent in the range.
But we didn’t stop there. We chose a more refined colour palette to elevate the range, while a vibrant accent colour amplified each scent's power. A crafted suite of new scent icons captures the essence of each fragrance, heroing the brand's tagline 'Unmistakable Scents'.
